Annual Rates for Non-Residential Accounts
Non-residential electric accounts refer to service accounts associated with facilities used for commercial, industrial, institutional, or governmental purposes (e.g. schools, hospitals, municipal buildings).
CPCNH offers annual rate options for non-residential accounts through our municipal and county Community Power programs. The Annual Rate Offer may enhance your financial planning by:
Synchronizing Electric Supply Rates: Municipal, county, and commercial customers can align their electric supply rates with their fiscal years.
Flexibility: The opt-in nature of this rates means there are no binding agreements required. Customers can exit the program without penalties.
Two Rate Cycles: Annual rates are available in two distinct cycles:
-
January 1st - December 31st (rates listed below)
-
July 1st - June 30th (rates TBA)

† Minimum renewable content is compliant with NH's Renewable Portfolio Standard (RPS), RSA 362-F. Total renewable content includes the NH RPS prior to NH Dept. of Energy administrative reductions to minimum requirements due to shortage of qualifying biomass generation.
*Note: When transitioning electric accounts from another 3rd party competitive supply contract to a Community Power rate option (either annual or otherwise), keep in mind that a 40-day notice should be provided to your current supplier before making any changes. Customers should review their contract end date, terms, and termination provisions to confirm that switching will not incur any early termination fees.
