Community Power is enabled in New Hampshire under RSA 53-E: Aggregation of Electric Customers by Municipalities and Counties.
Community Power Aggregations are subject to administrative rules: Puc 2200 Municipal and County Aggregation Rules.
Community Power Coalition of New Hampshire is established as a governmental instrumentality under our Joint Powers Agreement among and between our municipal and county Members.
Member cities, towns, and counties electing to take Community Power service from CPCNH do so in accordance with our Cost Sharing Agreement and Member Service Contract.
CPCNH manages our power portfolio, sets rates, and accrues and manages financial reserves in accordance with our Enterprise Risk Management Policy (Risk, Rates, Reserves).
